The Claims Management Monitoring and Compliance Unit has received complaints from consumers who have been cold called by certain individuals who claim to have lump sum payments for consumers.
Consumers have mentioned that the callers ask for a certain fee as a deposit in return for a lump sum amount.
Reclaim One do not ask for fees from their clients, and as per our Terms of Engagement, we work on a no win no fee basis. If any consumer has any queries, or has been contacted by an individual claiming to work for Reclaim One please email us with the name and telephone number.
Thank you for your co-operation.
Kind Regards,
Brian Flindall
If your bank has been taking unpaid item charges from your account or you feel you have been mis-sold Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) then its time to reclaim them!
We use our experience and 100% success rate to reclaim your bank charges.
In order to get answers about bank charges for unauthorised overdrafts the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) began a “test case” on Monday the 14th of January 2008 with 90% of banks in the High Court. Keep up-to-date here.
This means all real cases are current suspended. The Financial Ombudsman Service have published a PDF consumer factsheet in order to explain what the “test case” means for consumers.
It's simple... we won't charge you a penny in advance and if we don't manage to claim your charges back, you pay nothing...
When your bank (or credit card company) charge you a fee for returning a direct debit, standing order, cheque or missing a payment they are taking your money, mostly illegally. You can claim these charges back from the bank, going back 6 years plus interest!
