If you have recieved excessive charges on your bank, credit card or building society accounts in the past 6 years, you can legally request that these be paid back to you.

Reclaim One will act on your behalf to seek a complete re-fund of all excessive charges, plus interest, and will do so on a no-win, no-fee basis.

How much does it cost?

Reclaim One work on a 'No-Win, No-Fee' basis which means that we won't take a penny off you until ALL charges and interest have been successfully refunded at which point our 22.5%, fee will be due.

However, not surprisingly, the banks, credit card companies and building societies will require a £10 administration fee for each account under investigation
in order to provide the relevant account history. This will be paid to your bank via
Reclaim One.
